DotsCampus ("we", "us", "our") operates dotscampus.com, a directory of Ghanaian universities, colleges, and admissions information. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Contact form submissions. When you message us through the Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
• Interest and lead forms. If you use a form on an institution or program page to express interest or ask a question, we collect your name, contact details, and the institution or program you asked about.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical details (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies, but this policy will be updated if that changes.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your messages and questions
• Pass your enquiry along to a specific institution, where you've asked about a specific program or school (see "Sharing with institutions" below)
• Keep the site secure and working properly
• Understand which programs and institutions people are searching for, so we can improve the site's content and coverage

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes beyond what's described here without asking you first.

Sharing with institutions

If you submit an enquiry through a form asking specifically about a university, college, or program, we may share the details you provided (such as your name and contact information) with that institution, so they can follow up with you directly about admissions. We only share what's relevant to that specific enquiry, and only with the institution you asked about — never with unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where relevant, for the institution to follow up on your enquiry. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll action it, unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate reason (for example, an ongoing enquiry).

Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, or to delete it. Just reach out using the contact details below and we'll respond as quickly as we can.

Children's privacy

DotsCampus is intended for students, parents, and guardians researching tertiary education options. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site grows — for example, if we add analytics tools or new features that collect information. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do, and significant changes will be noted here.
