The Regional Maritime University (RMU) is an international tertiary institution with diplomatic status in Accra, Ghana. Founded in 1958 as the Ghana Nautical College, it was regionalized in 1983 and attained full university status in 2007. RMU is dedicated to providing maritime education, training, research, and consultancy services for the development of the West and Central African region and beyond.
